Famore Cutlery warrants all products from defective workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Any misused or abused items are excluded from this warranty. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will only accept returns for defective workmanship. We accept exchanges for items of equal value only. Please include $6.00 for shipping & handling on all exchanges. Shipping & handling charges may not apply to items returned for defective workmanship. A technician will contact you upon receipt of your product. Services rendered on any Famore products by someone other than a Famore Cutlery technician will void all warranty terms on the item.
