Product Description
Famoré Cutlery's new rotary handle is designed with the same quality and affordability you've come to expect from us. The 400RT comes with one of our 400SKS blades and a special screw needed to use with our 400TC blades. The handle fits our blades as well as any other standard 45mm rotary blade on the market.
What makes the Famoré rotary handle different from other handles currently available? Our handle's screw/nut mechanism has been designed with ball bearings to cut down on friction and hand fatigue, i.e. you don't have to press so hard to have it glide through multiple layers of fabric!
This first edition of the 400RT comes in a stylish, cheerful palette of green and yellow, but as we streamline our branding, the handle colors will be changing - so if you love this one, don't wait!

400RT Rotary Blade Handle
I purchased this because of the ball bearing mechanism design. It’s noticeably smoother with less friction. I have several arthritic issues with my hands and less friction is wonderful! Additionally it can be used either left or right handed without changing the blade, so when you have to trim on both sides of a ruler it’s easier to change to the correct blade position. I love it. I truly hope there is a 60 mm in my future!!

400RT Rotary Blade Handle
Love this cutter! I might prefer a little slimmer where you grip it and that the blade cover would retract a bit more. On long cuts you have to keep the cutter more vertical or the blade cover drags. Overall I am happy with it.

Famore Rotary Cutter
My friend Robbie Carpenter purchased your cutter and the 45mm Professional Tungsten Carbide Rotary Blade. She had a problem with the blade and contacted your company. She spoke with Brent. He was so courteous and address her concern. She brought the blade it was crooked, so we replaced it with one I had) and cutter to my house so I could try it out. I thought the cutter was smoother than my other cutters. So I ordered one. When I received my cutter, the nut would not fit tight and the blade was very unsteady. I put the extra nut on and it worked good. Looking into the inside of the original nut there were pieces of plastic that had not been trimmed. I scrapped them out and tried again and the nut fit. I like the feel of the handle and will continue using the cutter. If I have any problems, I will contact you. Thanks

Clara the Rotary Cutter
My new Famore Cutlery rotary cutter (Clara) got here right on time. It’s quilt trimming time around the Curly Girl in Stitches quilt studio. This rotary cutter has a nice weight and sturdiness in my hand while navigating precision cutting/trimming. I’m loving my newest tool! And the colors! Clara is as snug as a bug in the rug in my studio. She's a happy little rotary cutter and has already made herself right at home. She's constantly mugging for the camera too. Wondering if she has any siblings I need to know about like, maybe a matching seam ripper?

Rotary cutter
This new rotary cutter is absolutely the best. It slices through the fabric with no pressure making accuracy so much easier. I’m so glad I found it and purchased it!

Excellent customer service and product
I saw an ad for this product in a quilting magazine and decided to try it out. It is very easy to cut with without putting lots of pressure on the handle like most rotary cutters. Also, I ordered replacement blades and the package had been opened by the post office and the blades were missing. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me the replacement blades.

Rotary cutter
I love my new ball-bearing rotary cutter. Ball bearings sounded like a good idea, and the cutter is amazing! You might not think you need a new cutter, but it is worth the investment!

Excellent rotary cutter
I bought this rotary cutter to test the claim that it cuts through multiple layers of fabric with less effort on hands that may be weakened or compromised due to arthritis and other issues. I’ve only used it for one week and haven’t had to cut through more than two or three layers of fabric yet, but I am definitely loving the feel of the rotary cutter, the weight of it makes cutting much easier, and the blade is sharp. So far I feel like the cost of this tool is going to be well worth the comfort of my hand. No buyer regrets for me.
